I'd have to vote for the Ambassadeur 6500 C3. A majority of my fishing has been for salmon/steelhead so the Ambassadeurs are the go-to reels of all time. I've landed everything from bluegill to sturgeon on those reels.

Not even close for me.... The Accurate Boss 870 2 speed. A true 30, 40 and 50 pound reel that can fish 20 and 60 if called upon to do so. Bait or jigs all you have to do is set it up with the appropriate amount of Spectra, top shot or wind on and you are good to go.
