Replacement Parts to have on Hand and maintenance

I'm doing a 5 day at the end of July and was wondering was parts are always a good idea to have on hand to repair my reels? Anything that commonly will go wrong?

Here's my list:
Avet: SX, MXL, JX 2spd, Penn Baja Special, Diawa Inshore (Bass rig)

Also I'm using a different blue grease (I use bel ray for my dirt bikes, trailer, other mechanical stuff and will switch to the yamaha soon) how important is it to clean the stock Avet grease off if the reel is brand new?

What do the (key's) mean in Alan's Tutorials?

Thanks guys!

Here are a few spares that live in my tackle box (depending on the reel). A lot of my reels are compatible so the same spare part fits several reels.
Anti-reverse dog and spring and anti reverse roller bearing. Drag washers for the star drag reel in case they get smoked on a big fish (I wish). An extra rod clamp and nuts to replace the one I drop, slides across the deck and out the scupper hole. A main spool bearing. Most failures I've seen are the anti reverse. After that its usually catastrophic failures (pinion gear breaks, reel torn off the reel foot, frame explodes), etc.
