Rebulid or junk/???
I have a Pflueger Capitol NO-1988 What are my options? Are there rebulid kits and/or parts avalible if it can rebulit at home . Any shops rebulid old relics or do I junk the thing and go buy another Avet.

It has a small collector value but really isn't up to today's standards as something to fish. Put it on the shelf.
