Newell bearing upgrade?

what do i get? and where do i get better bearings for my Newell P-series reels?.2 of them r over 25yrs old.thanks in advance.

CharkBait has SS and Ceramic bearings. I put the ceramic's in my 338 and the SS in my 229. My other 338 is stock and loud. I still need to get a 220....

If your bearings are in good shape just try a drop of "Xtreme reel lube" its a dry lube. makes alot of noise but casts a jig like a bat out of hell. for the same price as a set of bearings you can make all your reels cast better. BTW if you cant stand the noise add a drop of Black Market or Reel X after you let the Xtreme lube dry. if you add it while its wet it will just eat it away.
