Mamoo,

I guess yours was a lemon. I have owned one for about seven years, and it has yet to fail. It is quite a reel for the money...and it will cast beyond imagination...even atop a 7' rod!!! In fact, it was because I was so damned impressed with my SealineX that I bought two Saltiga reels!!! Oh, and I own a few GrandWave reels. I have no idea how many Yellow Fin Tuna they have boated, but its more than a bunch!

PS Send your SealineX to Daiwa & they'll repair it, probably at no cost.
