almost. Couldn't wait any longer to throw this out there.

My son Kiel, and his Girlfriend are about to have their first baby. The Doc is there, and the baby will be too pretty soon. Her name is Mattison Nicole. That's all I know right now. I'll give the weight, and other vitals as soon as I get them. You will just have to be patient along with me for the pics.

This is our 4th Grand Child, (all girls so far). Our oldest is just about to turn 5...caught her first fish at 3...her sister got hers at 2. I have yet to get the 4 year old to the lake but that will happen soon even if I have to kidnap her to do it. Now I have a new fishin' buddy joining the group.
Being a dad is pretty cool, but seeing your kids grow up and start families of there own...being a Grandpa...well, that's the icing on the cake. Welcome to the world Mattison...can't wait to meet you.

Just got home...she's here...0146 central. Mom and baby are both fine. We got us an Indepedence Day Baby. By the time she is three she will think Grandpa arranges the worlds biggest Birthday Parties just for her. Light brown hair, and brown eyes like her mom, and pointy ears like her dad. Still don't have the other details. The boy just got a new digital camera today so I should have, make that better have, a pic by tomorrow.

Pretty cool listening to my son try to describe how he feels right now. No other feeling like that, and really no way to explain it to someone who isn't a dad. I'm sure all you dads out there know exactly what I'm talking about.

Whenever they grow up and piss you off all you have to do is stop for a second, and remember that feeling before totally losing it on 'em, and it kind of adds a little levity to how you handle the situation. At least it works for me that way. Now I just have to get some time off from the jerkoff I work for so I can go meet her.

Congratulations there Keven. Grandchildren are the best. Just like Saltydog says,spoil em and send em home. Have three now and forth on the way. Got one fishing buddy so far.
