Does anyone know what happened Bill was a great guy! I have been fishing on his boats for over 10 years. I never got a chance to have him run one of our trips but he was always there to meet the trips and he was always very nice to speak with with a smile on his face. My prayers go out to the Excel family.

I was privileged enough to meet him earlier this year at the Fred Hall show when he signed my copy of his book. A very interesting person indeed & what a pioneer!! A great loss to our community & sport.
