| How do i get rid of a cat??? any ideas?
Due to the fact that mike got such an unbelievable response and recieved such great ideas on disposing of gophers. I thought i would ask my local Bd's community for some advise.
There is a cat,,,i think its a stray that comes over just about every night and harrases my dog which is in a kennel. He then struts his stuff around the yard where i have a park like envirment setup for my kids to play in and shits and pisses all over the yard. He even shit in the sand box a few times when we left the lid off. Little fucker! Anyway, i dont want him coming into my yard and the only thing that has worked up until now is letting my dog loose in the yard at night. This works great for keeping the cat out, only 2 problems, dog loves to chew on all the kids toys and shits like a horse. In one day there can be 3 or 4 piles outhere that i got to clean daily. Anyway, i obviously dont have the time to do it daily so i built her a giant kennel she stays in. So thats the problem,,,no gophers but i got a damn cat.
What do i do?
By the way we dont feed the cat or give him water, dont know why he comes around?

If the dog shits that much in one day you're feeding him shit food.
Train the dog not to eat the kids toys and you can also train him to only shit in a certain area. Takes effort on your part.

Pet stores or even Home Depot sell animal repellent. It has a scent that cats don't like but it is not offensive to humans.
I know it works because the neighborhood cat that was pissing on my front door no longer comes around!
I do however like Jason and Saluki's options better.

Leave your dog out one night
or an airsoft gun
or the old water in the milk container trick.

Keep the dog out of the kennel. then when it shits all over, pay the kids 10 dollars a week allowance to pick up the dog shits everyday. Or maybe some more money depending how bad you spoil your kids. this works great!
