PM me if you want to know how to get a RE license and do RE and loans. Its a shitty industry to be in with tons of money. Its where all the money will be the next 10 years or so.

Its a great way to save money on if nothing else, your own home sales and mortgages. Its also a good way to give employers and corporations and banks in general a big pair of BD double dukers. nlm nlm

I am typing this with one hand, since the left is broken. No car accident, I was roller skating and got tripped up. Fell on my hand and broke a bone in it as well as cracked a rib. I lost my job a few weeks ago. You must have missed that post, man. I have a cast and am applying for SDI.
