Lincoln City property for sale

Hey guys,

A while back I picked up a nice 1 acre piece of land off East Devils Lake Rd right as you enter the North End of Lincoln City accross from the golf course...

It is a gently sloped 1 acre parcel that has beeb cleared, there are a couple of slash piles that need to be burned or hauled away. It is a nice rectangle and is not to steep the whole property is usable, and would make a nice homesite with room for a shop/boat garage.

My plans have changed a little, so I am consolidating some of my stuff.

If anyone has ever wanted a coast property this one would make a nice vacation or permanent home site. $150K

Call me at: 503-991-0439

It is inland a couple of miles.... It is not an ocean view property... the price would be up substantially if it were 1 acre with Ocean view....

East devils Lake road takes off HWY 101 about a mile before you enter Lincoln City accross from the golf course. East Devils lake road then winds around the lake and comes out at the factory outlet stores on the south end of town. My property is about 1/2 mile off hwy 101 on the North end of town.

Depending on what type of home you build you can see "the water" of the lake. The good thing about this property and why I liked it is the protection from the weather. The first little hill shelters the lake and surrounding properties from some of the heavy winds....

The top of my property is West and it faces East, so most of the weather will blow over the property.... Devils lake is a nice little lake with great activities, and warm water.

It is country lot within a couple of miles of Bi-mart, Safeway, Chinook Winds, boat ramps, and a short drive (15-20 minutes) to Depoe Bay....

Here's a picture before I cleared it taken from my cell phone the day I took my mini excavator over to do a little clean up.... Now it is simply a rectangle pice of property with a few trees and a couple of slash piles... the ivy covered dieing trees are gone...

Sorry I was out of town and just got back....

I do not have a lat and long... I will try and find one. or an address close by, so I can give it to you... With Google it will likely show nothing but trees and brush as most of their pics are several years old....
