The Garibaldi boys are having a tough time with the weather. With the wind blowing from the south, it is not worth the trip to the killing fields. The Secret Island in out there, but no reports as yet.

Secret Island spent two days on the hunt and came back with totes full of ice. I don't know how the tuners jumped from Newport to CR and bypassed little italy. It is only a matter of time. They are coming.

Keta- We trolled in several spots from the Pacfic City to Rockaway and out to the 125'30. Clean water (not blue) lots of bait, 59.5 on the temp , some 60 spots. Only problem was no fish yet. I would have seen them on the screen if they were there, even when they're not biting. I have seen this before where they are progressing up the coast at an average rate and a finger comes in up above with fish in it. Oh well, had to look just in case, we'll look again after this little weather pattern breaks up.

I have to agree with this philosophy. Can you go mid-week Bud? spreading 2-3 of us out would get us a little more coverage when there are pocket fish about.

Thanks for the sad news but you can't catch 'em unless you are chasing them.

Brother...I can go whenever the water is flat..or close to it! I'll be over late next week for 10 days...with nothing but tuna on the schedule!

Bud generally comes home early, disgusted and swearing from this trip. The good thing is his fuel tab generally never goes up...

My ass is sitting in a leather seat in first class come Thursday morning. North Bound and Down!!
