Tom, you've probably heard that the family of the pilot is suing the home owner in Gearhart who's plane nose dived into the house. They are claiming wrongful death of the pilot caused by the house.

At the rate Law Schools are puking out para-gators every hour of the day, it's not that hard to believe. The deceased family is suing the homeowners for the upstairs windows that they claimed were faulty. How much do you want to bet that the City Of Gearhart gets sued for the tree the plane clipped on the way to impact.

It's going to be disgusting to follow the lawsuits after the Florida sinking. After they disembowel the boat manufacure, then they go after the anchor manufacture.
The families don't have a clue, it's the insurance companies that fight the battle and ultimatly we all pay the cost with higher insurace rates and increased regulations.

The lawyers involved need to be put in jail and then disbarred for this waste of court time and resources and the family of the pilot should be sued for breeding greedy ignorant children.
