Custom Paint Job....

So I know that you guys up north take your salmon fishing seriously and figured that I would run this by you. I posted it on the "Homemade lure board" but there isn't all that much action going on over there...


Ok, so I know that it is a lot of work / long shot but I figured that there might be some one out there that would be of assistance with my search.

My bother and I are very into trolling for tout to say the least. One of the lures that we have trolled for years was the Needlefish made by Lure Jensen. Unfortunately, Jure Jensen sold the company to another manufacturer and the color patterns have changed. I am looking for someone who would be able to recreate (as close as possible) a specific pattern which can't be purchased anywhere. I have one left in the box that doesn't see the water in hopes of finding someone that can match the color.

I suppose all that is needed is an air brush kit and some time.

Any ideas?

Hay Mike can you post a picture of it next to a tap? I have a guy down the street from my shop that builds all sort of lures maybe he can do something for you.
