Little Italy goes eco-friendly

By a rash of catch and release Chinook fishing on Sunday for the start of the Silver season.

Several nice fish over 25lbs reported but none retained.

We had 4 hook-ups and 3 of them came on Archer's Spider Bar (small with silver teasers). We released two nice Kings ourselves that were both caught on the Spider bar...George (Time Out) had a great look on his face when he asked about them and when he was told YES, they caught the fish...he thought I was full of shit!

250' of water...top 30' of the water column...herring behind the bars.

Not bad trolling down hill but running back into that wind chop sucked...good day to be in a Grady!

So there you have it...Little Italy has become a catch and release fishery!

If that did happen then you would have a reason to show up to the weigh in…

Follow up to the Seattle Times article in todays paper;

Local News | Marchers soak in the sun, gay pride | Seattle Times Newspaper

Astro-Glide pulled their sponsorship a few years back.

400,000 people, it's on every local talk radio in town, what a joke. Do the math, it's impossible to get that many pirates lined cheek to ckeek.
