Helluva alot of trouble just to catch some Blue Fin Tuna.....Incredible story...would not believe it without those pics.....wow. Big Huevos to keep on fishing and plug the boat....Glad we have the Coasties out there...today everyone is cheering them....tomorrow someone will get boarded and cited and they'll bash them. Just remember they're on our side and doing a damn good job.

improper nav lights on the seiner and improper lights on the pen? too bad you dont have pics of that... might make things easier when the dust settles and the company tries to send you a asinine bill for lost man hours, productivity, damage to the pen, and anything else they feel like throwing in. if they send you a bill i would maybe try to file a claim against them for any repairs to your vessel. this might help bring everything to light and both sides walk away? I figure your repairs if would be way cheaper than the bill they might try to send. (i have no clue how boat/marine coverage works so please dont jump me fellas)
