Found some fish!! 7/9

Headed out with my buddy Homer on the NellieBellie friday morning at 4am heading for the 1010. When we got down there, radio fish were all coming from farther west so we headed to the 213 and then out toward the airplane.

Missed the early bite but started picking up some at about 11am. First troll fish was well over 35 pounds and everything else was well over 25 pounds. Ended up picking up 10 fish by chipping away slowly with mostly single jig strikes. Only got one fish on bait.

Firedrill of the day was when we had a quad hookup go off. Lost only one fish and that was because he took the jig home with him.

Bottom line, the fish are out there, you just gotta find em; Go West Yound Man!!

Most of our fish were caught in a small area around 50/53.
