Splashed at Dana at 3:00am headed for the 390 area. Stopped 8 miles short on this lettuce for 4 yellows.

1 Mile short of the 390 my son caught his first Albie, on a single jig strike. Caught on a broom tail zuccini feather. All Albies for the day were in the 25 pound range.

Next stop was a was a tripple.

Does this qualify as BLOODY!

Two more singles and we ended the day with 4 yellows and 6 Albies. Unfortunetly no Albies on bait.

Water was around 64 at the 390. About a six foot ground swell running but light wind. Overall beautiful conditions. Out of the water by around 3:00pm. Go gettem boys!!!!

Headed down to the cliffs to feed the crabs.

Im tired so if my spelling or grammer suck

OUT

State PFD Requirements

Legally, under 12 requires jacket, so its Tom's choice as the parent, although I personally STRONGLY recommend it for any kids, including strong swimmers.

Very very nice catch... I'm lickin' my chops over here.

The guy gives you good advice and you act like a prick??? How often does your kid swim with wet clothing on and deck boots full of water? What if he hits his head on the side of the boat as he falls out? There are some other things to think about other than how good of a swimmer your kid is. Plenty of great swimmers have died in the ocean including some of the worlds best surfers. He's your kid but don't take the ocean lightly.

Off my soap box.
