Had a total of 22 Albies, 1 Blue Fin Tuna, and a couple yellows for our boat in which had 30 people. I got hooked up twice and lost both of my albies at the boat due to people tangling my shit, landed 2 yellows off a patty. The Albies are in like a 15-20 mile area and the size of the Albies are 20+, and that Blue Fin Tuna tapped over 40. We deffinatley had to work for what we got. It was a fresh morning bite, i would say about 7:00 A.M before we had our first stop, and our stops were usually 3-4 bait fish and the troll fish. Tried fishing the slide 3-4 times, and i could not get bit. Later in the morning, we found out the albies were hitting the dines and no chovies, since the crew told us that the chovies were the getters everyone started using them for the first 3-4-5 stops, until we started landing all the albies on dines. So with that being said, we were lucky the boat didnt fully stock the bait wells with straight choves, we had a good mixture which was nice. The Afternoon bite was also good as well, it started at about 6:00 P.M, yah i know "A very LATE afternoon bite!"

, but all in all it was fun, a very solid day for most of the fleet. I will be back out on another day and a half on Wed of this week, and will post up another report.
