headed out of dana 1 1/2 scoops at 5:30 am towards sc bouy found nice patty 14 miles out pulled 2 dorado one yellow the dorado were small marked as way point headed sw at 34 over 55 found patty with huge school of dorado hooked a 25lb bull on 15lb test took 30 minutes to get in, while fighting fish everybody on boat got limits lost another 25lb bull from poor galfing skills. then i look at my bait tank and the pump is not working i hit the trip button works for 30sec trips breaker again, sounded like fishing line in pump, best paddy this year and my live bait is dead. the key was leaving bull in water and throw 1 inch chunk they hit right when your bait hits the water. decided to chase Yellow Fin Tuna found nice school of dolphin caught two on troll liked green and yellow feather both times. key to that was don,t follow the dolphin follow the white birds hovering over the water. there in front of the dolphin. found huge school of Yellow Fin Tuna just couple miles NE of dorado patty they were feeding on a huge anchovie ball tried throwing a mega bait didn't work had know live bait maybe should of slow trolled a dead bait anyway they went down after a couple minutes. headed back stopped at the first paddy we caught yellow and smaller dorado found a boat on it, asked if we could slide in, told me to beat it! while on the radio someone from my boat put a dead dean on and instant hook up. pulled it in and left. sorry no pictures i have dial up, and my camera is 8.1 megapixel each download takes 15 minutes.
