Tuna Report Shroomjacks! Tailwalker Report Thur 11-5

[Tailwalker]

Ran out last night to same area that has been producing. (Between the 60 and the stem of the shroom)

8 skipjack
4 Yellowtail

Water temp was 64.5 to 66 in the afternoon. Slick flat calm seas in the morning and just a little breeze later on. Sunny with some clouds. NO FOG.

Great day on the water! Saw some good signs for the next few days.

Only a couple boats out there and two that I talked to had Blue Fin Tuna and Albacore on board in the grey. (Believe FD has more detailed info)

My numbers were 58/14. Lot's of Skipjack in the area and still great signs of life!

Curious to see what happens on our weekend trip. Anyone interested in going, please call me.

Nice going, Rich, and way to stay after them. You are hardcore, dude, and I predict that you are going to rack up some big catches, especially on bluefin and bigeye, as this moon wanes and in coming weeks. Nice job Rich. We had a lot of skipjack that were mixed in with the Bluefin that we caught earlier in the week.
