Coverage

Lack of coverage right now really hurts the bite cause they are there but it is a big big ocean when you are the only ones out there or among the very few..Thanks for takin a look but it does sound like there is still some tuna to be had if you are at the right place...Some Yellow Fin Tuna still at the 390 for us the other day...

Not all of them are on there way to Japan just yet, and who knows if we have just the right temps, and just enough bait they will stick around longer and longer.

Ditto. Found a kelp with a bunch of birthday baloons on it (on the Mushroom). It was loaded with the little 5lbs. yellows. The only Blue Fin Tuna was a grey bite that morning for 8 20-25lbs. class Blue Fin Tuna.
