Although this is a cool exception, I think anyone who takes these beautiful fish or any other short fish no matter where they are at should have their boat sunk and rods snapped. There is no excuse for that in my book.

I went to the SD F&G office last year to pick up Declartion of entry forms and when I ask the gal behind the desk where us sportboats were to send hunderds of the third page of the form to she replied(Oh we dont want all those so dont send them to us) We now hand out a single form on the boat when we hand out the Mexican permits and it alreadt has some sections filled out and the Angler can fill in the blanks and present it upon request if needed to F&G if they get checked. As for short fish I would not bring them back just because of the small size and we leave the entire skin patch on the fillet so there is no confusion.RULES not more than 10 fish per person per day and no more than 5 of any one species and not more than 4 hook ganyon its that simple, Have Fun!

So if I legally shoot a grizzly in Alaska but drive back to California with it, I should have my guns melted down and my truck blown up? In your book.

Just a hypothetical, have never shot a grizzly. And while usually you reply to my posts by insulting me, this time you flatter, I would feel honored to be PETAs worst nightmare.

Those were my intentions Sir. I like big women too. Hypothetically if you screw a Fat Whore in TJ does it count in CA.?

PS- When I did SpellCheck your name "capnjackv" wanted to be corrected to "Pancake". Now that's funny. And NO that isn't an insult.
