Ensenada Saturday

NOAA, WetSand and local S.D.TV forecast 10-15 knots with seas 4-6', a low coming over the area with possible rain. The bite is 60 miles South of Ensenada off Colnett around the 348 spot in the warm water break....DOWNSWELL WITH REPORT of afternoon show. Need lots of bait to bring them up. Sounds like a good ass kicking to me with a long hard uphill battle getting back to the Coral.

Morro Bay

Triggerfish & Wild Cat,
Was at Morro Bay this past weekend and it was strange that none of the sportsboats were targeting Albie's. My guess is they are not within the desired distance at this time. Also weather was really good for Morro Bay. Slight wind moderate swells and of course lots of fog.

Wonder how they did it back in the day?

You can make bait all around Ensenada.

My non-BD buddy just got back from down south (10/1). 20 miles NW of colonet he bagged ahi limit for 2 guys in three hours of lines in the water fishing. He initially nickle dimed them off paddies. Down the road from the paddies got meter marks and chummed them up... The fish went nuts and it was killing time.

Probably heading out of Ensenada on Friday night towards Colnett on my buddys boat. Forecast calls for slight chance of rain on Sat/Sun. If anybody wants to buddy boat down to that area, shoot me a PM. The Legend had Limits yesterday.

Waiting to get some intell on numbers from a friend who owns one of the sportboats out of H&M
