Two Day Puerto Salina trip Report 09-21-08

Did a "crew" trip Friday night, in big rollers, down to Puerto Salina.

Great restaruants and Cantinas! Easy to get to from SD.

Spent most of the time in port but here was the report from the ride home:

1 Giant Ling Cod (Right outside the harbor)
3 Yellowtail / 2 dorodo (Nice loaded paddy but ran out of bait)
48 Pacifico
1 bottle of "Ron"
1 case of water

Kelps are still holding 12-20lb yellows on the inside down to Ensenada!~

Back out again this week!

Rich

Hey Don!

Ok, sounds good. I will probably wander down that way on Sun and stay for a night.

When I was down there I checked on your boat (parked right across from it). Everything looks good and secure.

No fuel dock there. BUT!!!!!!!!!! I went there a couple of weeks ago and some guys that work at the port greeted me. Paid one of them to take four 5gallon cans to Ensenada. In the mean time I sat in the resturant and had fish tacos and some real cold beer. It was awsome!
