Thanks to FishDope for last night's...

...A/V presentation that Marcus gave at our meeting. Marcus did an outstanding job explaining how FishDope works. I'm now convinced if you're going to be out there (chasing the pelagics) FishDope could possibly pay for itself (in savings) in one or two trips plus save money in fuel on later trips. Seldom do I endorse a product, but if FishDope does everything they say it does...this is a service that makes sense. Marcus also brought a shitload of swag for our raffle (including a 1 year subscription to FishDope). Thanks Jason, Ali and Marcus!

Also, for those of you that missed the meeting, Bob Hoose and Jimmy Decker of Pure Fishing gave one of the best Calico Bass seminars EVER! These two guys fish together a lot, yet have two completely different strategies when it comes to Calicos. That was tons of great information. Thanks Bob and Jimmy!

Here I set up in Oxnard getting ready for another MLPA open house and missed all the pointers and swag that was handed out last night. Stan why didn't you hook me up?

Marcus had better have done a good job. The bill he dropped on us afterwards looked more like he went to the strip club instead of a fishing club...

We were only at the Purple Church for a little while and Marcus wasn't supposed to say anything!
