Halibut Tournament Bait

I'm getting a ton of emails and calls asking what time the bait receiver will be open tomorrow (Saturday) for the Tourney.

Just talked to Ken Corwin and he verified the receiver will be open at 4:00 am.

Lines in at 6:00 am. Ken has to see you coming into the Harbor by 5:00 pm to weigh a fish.

Good Luck, Boys!

Out of the last 5 years of fishing this tourney I think there was only one year it hasn't rained.

You should probably be safe and stay on your couch.

I have an 18 foot trophy. 5 ft swell with 18kt winds producing 3-5ft wind chop... Yeah, I will stay safely on the couch. Not trying to risk my life to post a "Skunked" report.

"Bait"

We don't need no stinking bait

Throwing the slickers in the little ol' glasspar now.

It's all good when a flattie hits the deck!

Tight Lines all and be safe out there.

Rick

If your gonna be a bear, might as well be a grizzly!

She might leave another mark this year though. Why does it hurt more now?
