I have a friend who is going to be in the Monterey bay area next week and wants to fish Monday or tuesday. He's in from Salt Lake and can fish!!! Any Tips on Charters or who he can get in touch with would be appreciated.
you've got randy's and chris' on old fishermans wharf(i work at randy's so i'll recommend them) and there may be a couple illegal sixpack operations in the marina there but no legit ones that i know of. there is also kahuna sportfishing in moss landing with another couple sixpacks there and stagnaros in santa cruz with a few good sixpacks there in the harbor as well.
Reel Sportfishing is a nice 6 pack out of Santa Cruz. He is good and will go out for tuna when the weather is good. I would jump on his boat if we did not have one.
Kahuna is a very nice boat, she will go out with 10 people for albacore. Nice fast 50 foot boat. Have been out on her boat for rockfish.
