APS closed?

Got an e-mail that APS is closed indefinitely??? Are they shutting down?

I recieved the same notice. I sent in a message and was told the original partners are parting. Pretty common in buisness, so the other partner will be reopening later this year under a new name and carring same product line and cheaper prices was stated.
