Mex Diesel

Anyone notice their trucks running better with baja diesel? My ol 7.3 PSD seems to have more power and does'nt smoke on hard accel. in baja. Ever sinse we went to the ultra low fuel, it seems Ive lost perf. and economy. At about a buck a gal. less, I'm thinking about buying several hundred gallons after each baja trip. I've brought back one 55 gal. barrel of diesel before and at the border he says no prob. and then starts showing me pics of his cabo trip. not sure what they will say about 4 barrels. or a big fuel bladder.

Its more like $1.67 less now.

I agree Dave..My truck runs much better on Mex. Diesel..

Mex diesel is low sulfur diesel. U S diesel is ultra low sulfur. There is a big diff. Do not use that type if you have a newer diesel. May plug you particulate filter in your exhaust.

more sulfur = more horsepower.

My '04 diesel runs better on Mexican fuel. I did have the water light go on while in Baja two weeks ago. I cross the border once a week to get fuel, what I need a another 40 gallon tank under the bed.
