help,,computer question

please help.everytime i burn a music cd,i go back and play it starting at the third song or so it sounds staticy and skips.ive always used the same brand cd.never had a problem till now.thanx----rich

Don't surf porn while you are burning disks. Walk away from your computer until the burn is done.

the only window that was open was my windows media player. i was not even on the internet.

try burning it at a lower speed, instead of 48x (whatever the max speed is of the burner) try it at 16x. Will take longer to burn but might come out right.
