Maui Jim customer service

I've had my Maui Jim Valcanos for about 6+ years or so and last week I dropped them and they landed right on the tip of the ear piece and the tip of the earpiece broke off. Called Maui Jim and customer service said they would replace the earpiece at no charge and to send them in with 8.95 for return shipping. She also said that if the lenses had any wear on them they could relense the sunglasses for $60. Figuered I'd replace them too since they where going in for repair. Anyway, sent them out to Maui Jim on the 3-9. They got them on the 3-12. Then sent them back to me on 3-12 and I got them on the 3-15. Damn 1 week turn around. Best part was opening the package and seeing a brand new Maui Jim case with a brand new set of Volcano glasses in them with a new 2 year warranty. Thats top notch customer service if you ask me and just one more reason I love my Maui Jims!!!!!

I have a pair of titaniums, nice glasses. They charged me for a pair of lenses, about $60. They have good customer service. I gladly paid since they cost $350 retial... I got them free!!!

I sent my titaniums back twice (I bent the frames) and guess what? They replace everything but the frames, so my 375.00 shades are sitting in the original case up in my cupboard for 3 years now. I now own a pair of cheapies from Turner's...

I just switched to Kaenon's... so if anyone want to buy a pair of Maui Jim Typhoons, rose colored lense... not a scratch on em, 70$ or best offer!

My bad, posted as Mark, forgot to log him out. Anyway, if you'll take $60 for'em I'll take them off your hands SD. Been wanting a pair of MJ glasses with rose colored lenses. No switching brands for me, took me 5 years to put a scratch in my Volcanos and their customer service has been top notch for me twice now. Best $175 I've ever spent on glasses.

Been 2 months still waiting for mine to be returned. I still love my maui jims and I want them back!
