Question Banana Leaves

Anybody have banana trees/plants growing around thier house?

I need some banana leaves for cooking. Will trim plants/trees myself if necessary.

Thanks!

Try Vien dong in Linda Vista or any of the big Asian grocery stores in Clairemont Mesa.

cooking with leaves

Seafood City in Nasty City has 'em. They're folded up in packs and are in the freezer section. One is about 10' long. Plan accordingly but at a buck apiece who cares!?!
Pit-Roasted a pig last memorial day and the pig got DRUNK.

WHATCHA COOKING? any samples?
