Ok one more thing besides diet and excersize, and trust me this is comming from a guy who could get worked up over the slightest thing! .............. Relax and take a deep breath and dont let things work you up so easy, lifes too short and good friends and family are far more important than getting pissed and wanting to fight someone and putting yourself and your health at harm.
I know ya gotta do what ya gotta do in the line of work, but dont let the other outside crap get to ya. It's actually kinda funny I am writing this because I was always willing to jump into a brawl weather it was mine or someone elses, but time, age, and a family sometimes makes you look at life and whats important a little different. Man I need to start listening to my own advise  .
Glad your back home, now relax and take it easy for a while!!!
