Local deer (and quail) hunters

With the utmost respect to the homeowners and families affected by these terrible fires, I must rant just a bit.

The fucking Forest Service fucked us again. The Cleveland National Forest is shut down due to fire danger. I'm sorry but didn't it just rain? This may sound odd but the deer population needs to be reduced, especially this year. There is going to be a serious over-abundance of deer crammed into a relatively small area with only a limited amount of feed. This can lead to mass mal-nutrition and starvation. Far more will die from this than from hunters. I'm worried about our deer herd (and the jackoff's who make the policy decisions.)

Don't worry too much about it - plenty of cougar to kill the bucks, and the does'll step out in front of the minivans.....

DFG should offer depredation/herd control permits and bypass the closure!

Hmmmmm... Frank's ranch was relatively untouched.... Wonder if there are any deer hiding out there...
