Not a good end to the night for someone

So I hear 2 crashes outside and went out to find this. Car sideswipes one car when he can't make the corner and into another then up and over the retaining wall ending up on it's side. Amazing no one was hurt. Neither the one in the roll over or the one he hit head on.
There's more though, After I'm off the cell phone with 911 I hear the three neighbor girls saying the driver dumped a shotgun over their fence and then there he is asking me for a ride down the street. I tell him to just chill, he needs to stick around, so he just kind of leans up against the fence and two cop cars show up and one starts talking with him and the other goes around and finds the gun. So the cops hook-up the perp. But there's more, as one cop has him in the cop car , i guess asking questions, I hear a window shatter, and its the cop car window, so the other cop goes running dow to the car and the guy either kicked the window of the car or head butted it.

So I guess the moral is if someone crashes in your neighborhood just be carefull.

This is from Clairemont.
Not too surprising about the accident as alot of people speed down that street. Not sure if he was trying to get away or just speeding.

I did not know about the shot gun until the police were there and after I had been talking with the dude. I'm glad he was being cool, he could have just as easily car jacked anyone there. Not to sure his mental state as he thought enough about it to dump the gun, but then he waited around for the cops.
Oh-well, everything turned out okay for the neighborhood (except for the brick retaining wall and a plant or two of the neighbors).
