Today marks 6 months without a cigarette

, just wondering how the rest of you guys that quit or were going to quit are holding up?

Been two months for me know, without too much pressure. Still coughing up some crap here and there or was that my cold

One thing for sure though is the heart burn has sure been down since quitting.

The tough part is soon to come, I havent fished since I quit
