The fiance and I are looking at Belize for a honeymoon spot. I have a bunch of great recommendations so I am good there. But are we crazy to consider Belize in Mid July? Will it be miserably hot and/or rain too much?
That time of year is very hot and rainy, not to mention the hurricane season.
I've stayed at the journey's end resort on ambergris caye. It was a little remote for me but probably perfect for a honeymoon. The diving is first class around there, not sure about the fishing. Avoid Belize City, too much poverty and crime.
