Once again I am humbled by the generosity of the people on this board. I was able to take over $300 dollars to Montana for the construction guys that lost their tools in my Mom's house fire. My Mom and another lady put together a fundraiser while I was out there. They rented a hall, had food, drinks, live music, a silent auction and a raffle. The communtiy came together for this and they raised quite a bit of money. Once again thanks to all of you who donated.

The house was a lot more depressing to see than I had anticipated. It was utter devastation. The foundation is destroyed so they are going to have to start from scratch again. They are working with the insurance companies and a lawyer to try to get the funds available as soon as possible. They will have to wait for the cround to thaw before any serious demo work can begin on the site, probably around May. I told my mom she should change the name of the house from Bridger Canyon Lodge to Phoenix Lodge in Bridger Canyon since hopefully thier dreams will be able to rise from the ashes........
