I don't get it, because you know there will be some group that cries foul. If you say you have a bomb in your bag, then run from the cops, then reach in that bag, how do you not expect to get shot? I doubt it was suicide by cop, because you see this shit all the time. All these high speed chases that end with the suspect on the ground, IMO should have ended with a bullet thru the front windshield. It's pretty simple, if you run from the cops you're gonna get shot, period. don't know why it has to be so hard to understand.

Having spent time detailed as a Firearms and Tactics instructor to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, I can tell without a doubt that the FAMS have some of the best pistol shooters in Federal law enforcement. During the initial hiring phases of the FAMS after 9/11, the majority of the hirees were ex-Delta, SEALS, GB's, Border Patrol, and Secret Service operators. If this clown said he had a bomb, that would be all the justification necessary for deadly force to be employed aboard or near an aircraft.
