| Sea Tow does it again! A friend in need? NOT
I ran out of gas 1.5 miles from the MB jetty on the way in. My daughter was seasick. we had passed a Sea Tow boat with a vessel uner tow. I flagged him down and asked if he could sell me some gas. He asked if I was member. I told him that I was VA member. I used to be a Sea Tow member before they eliminated coverage in SD for 6 months without informing the membership.
He told me he would give me gas if I bought a seatow membership. I told him I didn't want the gas free, I would buy it. He was there, he had the gas, and he was towing a boat to the dock were he could get more gas. He could have repaired some past damage that SeaTow inflicted. Instead, he drove off telling me that I should call VA. I did, and they brought some gas out about an hour later.
SEATOW, YOU SUCK!!! :FU: Assholes.
I know, it was my fault for running out of gas. No need to remind me.

| Re: Sea Tow does it again! A friend in need? NOT Nice job running out of gas dork . He could have waited until you were on or near the rocks (beach) and salvaged your boat and kept it for the Company.
Did you try any of the gang? Hope that kiddo is ok after the seasick.

I have SeaTow, and I think that guy is a piece of shit. You have your daughter on board, there is fog, PB point and jetty's, a gallon of gas is all you needed... These guy's should work together a little better, like give you the gas and charge VA or something...

get real | You make a good point. But he had already denied me the gas and tried to pressure me into a membership at that point.
He had stopped, while under tow, to check what my trouble was. There was no good reason for him to not sell me the gas.
Good point, though, Branman. I never thought i'd live to be this old either
