Delete one and it will reset. I do think it's a bug though.

The "scissors" icon is missing, also the option
when you right click (when editing) for "Cut" or delete is missing

I don't know about the scissors. Please explain where you used to see this?
I right clicked while editing and had cut/paste just fine. If you want to delete just highlight and hit delete...

no worries mang,
scissors use to be next to the "paper clip" and "smiles" icons
in the "post" window
As I stated above, previously when I the edited text in a post, I use to be able to highlight the text to be removed, and right click and select delete that delete option is no longer in the dialog box
option # 2 was
You could also select "scissors" from the tools icons to remove the same highlighted text

What version browser are you running? It sounds like a browser problem.
