We thought we'd heard ever excuse imaginable from flashers.
But here's a new one: "explosive diarrhea."
That's how David Todd Napodano, 42, explained to cops why he was naked. But we doubt that those unfortunate to witness him nude are buying that.
That includes a woman and her daughter who saw him stand up inside a white van and shake his hips at them at a Lehigh Acres store parking lot.
Collier County cops spotted him "in plain view" an hour after he flashed the victims, reports the Naples Daily News.
His excuse: he had “explosive diarrhea” and he was using his underwear to clean himself. But cops found no evidence when they examined his underwear.
