anyone got numbers for it????? it's probably loaded with cod and they probably think the life rafts are huge cows!!! ha..no...but, it seems bizarre how fast it went down..???they didn't feel the drag or listing even if alarms didn't sound??? the boat is so small and hardly anything but the basics in the way of electronics that the alarms should have been checked and working without a doubt!!!(can we question the coast guard inspector on this one?thats one of the first things they would should check for right??) a back up for the main alarm is a must especially older vessels..i can't think of any that only have 1 alarm for the bildge or at least a 2nd pump...that just goes to show that even the smallest things could be disaster!!the actual facts are a mystery here and being fiberglass it at least should have bobbed long enough to tow it back i would think??? or somehow prevent from a total loss of the vessel!! not that it's being accused by any means to capt and crew(who handled it properly and got everyone safe) but insurance fraud comes to mind(authorities investigating this would put fraud as a possible motive in any investigation) but not as to slander the captain or crew for this..remember the mysterious sinking of the dana point bait boat that supposed had a load of bait flash and capsized it when taking a swell over the deck..it was so close to the beach yet it was never found and fraud was the first thing slandered all over internet posts(and usually followed up by numerous pages of badgering, name calling, threats to pets and sexual orientation questioning based on spelling errors, that no one even remembers what the original post was about!@#$%^)... any vessel that sinks is exposed to insurance fraud as possible no matter how of base.. and jacob more or less was most likely referring to the boat itself having spent 1/2 his life on it,not the capt/crew.? i fished and worked on that boat with chris and jacob(who is gay by default in this case!!) memories of the fun times and the loss of the boat is personal and disappointing to say the least...:=(....}<}}}}}*>... my avatar picture on left is a 387lb. swordy we decked in 25minutes 13miles of o-side after driving all over the ocean all day paddy hopping for nadda..chris knew exactly how to pull up on elvis and bamo!!! that's just one of the great times on that vessel and the facts will most likely never come to light??this at least acts as a caution sign for others that anything can happen out there(whales seem to be turning terrorists!@#$wtf?)and i hope everyone who heard of this ran down to their boats and checked they're alarms and pumps so that news like this never happens again in our backyards....and jacob is just venting his frustration of the loss of the boat he grew up on and his sexual orientation while online...he may not be able to write a full sentence(it's hard for him typing when one hand is busy!!) or grasp the english language(with the I.Q. of a big wheel!!) but when you spend as many hours at sea as he does proper grammar is the least of worries..but on land he's defenitly a bizarre subject and question all his attributes as to any orientations??!@#$%^that boat was the closest thing to a girlfriend he's ever had and i'm sure he's very confused at this point...}<}}}}*>......lol...p.s...the news media can always be counted on to twist the facts(or lack of..) to their advantage...that being said back to my first Q: anyone got the numbers on it????!@#$..the boat shall be missed....and fished!! blame the internet for the shit talk crap and ability to bash anyone, anywhere, anytime for any reason without even knowing why or who they're even bashing and what for..???...who's next????..fish on!!~!~~!!..}<}}}*>..

Wow, I just found this thread. Jacob what's the problem? Are you upset that I worked hard, and saved money to buy the boat I had been runing for years? Is it because you can't stay off drugs or out of jail? I loved that boat as I know you did, but that is no excuse for this slander. Keep your opinons to your self, I don't think you really need any more enemies in O-side.

I don't have any phone numbers. The phone was on the boat with everything else I owned.
