| Another thug bites the dust......
Watch the thugs right hand as he lowers his gun with his left. He's pulling another gun, last thing he does............

I wonder if that was a legal shooting. I remember that the gun must be pointed in an upwards position or in motion to point towards a person. If you carried the guns to your side and posed no immediate threat (sounds stupid) to anyone (aggressive actions) you could not take a fatal shot. I never saw the second gun come up. A good shoulder shot and knee shot would have been great the guy in the back could have disarmed him by shooting the arm with the small handgun. Death is the easy way out.

This happend on 2-11-09 in Tuson, AZ. Glad we have the right to bear arms. I seen it on the news today. The vidoe is not as good as the one seen today. I shows the guys running up to the house, then two shot fired and they retreat, then a shit load more into the windshield. Awesome

no one trains to shoot people in the shoulder or leg(i.e. wing them),he should not have moved or been in motion at all carrying those weapons.congrats to the officer for making it home to see his wife and kids that night.

so fake, im kinda surprised it got posted. after putting 3 bullets in the bad guy, the cop in the foreground just walks up like nothing happened
EDIT: was just checking snopes about the original video and came across this truly unbelievable video. DO NOT WATCH WITH CHILDREN AROUND, or if you are affected by terrible violence.
Throughout the video, i kept thinking, "no way does he do it, theres no way.....holy shit....that just happened" http://www.snopes.com/photos/gruesome/interrogate.asp |

Dude, you watch too many movies. Shooting a guy in the shoulder or knees is a hollywood thing, not real life.
Having to make split second decisions, shoot or not shoot, when your life or someone else's is in the balance, mixed with all the adrenaline that is pumping through your system, does not make it any easier.
As for having both guns at his side, you only see part of it. Unless you are in that situation, you don't have any clue..... It's called "Means, opportunity, and intent". The means is the gun, which he has. The opportunity, we'll he's cloe enough to get off a shot. The intent? Well, as I said, maybe he shot at someone before, so his intent may be to kill somebody. You just don't know...... As for it being real, it does look a little staged......

Lots of things wrong with that video. I'm not buying it.
If it's real, good for the cops.

| marlyn true no one trains to shoot other then center mass or head shots but the part that really made me see this was bs and normally wouldnt happen was the fact that the officer shot this guy with another idot to his left flank now if that were true the guy in the rear could have disarmed him or shot him alot easier and faster then the guy to his front, Mike will tell you that its not that hard to take a shoulder shot especially if your that close
