This is great technology. What irritates me is we’re burning our food for fuel, causing shortages & price increases worldwide.
People need to be educated regarding the scam of Ethanol made from corn. It’s purely political!
You are right Lee...complete "scam" if ya ask me. Skewed the food prices and made nary a drop of progress on getting away from fossil fuel.........mostly.

Actually, some very large company's such as Boeing and individuals such as Bill Gates ($100MM) have invested in algal bio fuel development. It is probably the most promising renewable fuel technology out there.
I saw this several months ago and wanted to invest in the company through my IRA but they wouldn't let me. If I had cash I would invest and push for this, every one should push for development of this renewable fuel source.
ETHANOL IS BULLSHIT!!!! The lunatics in the Oregon Legislature shoved E-10 up our asses, it's killing older cars and gives us around 20% less mileage.
