Metal fabricators, I have a few questions

Does anybody have experience cutting copper sheet metal with a plasma cutter? Does it blow out or give a nice cut? How about discoloration? I have more questions. If you've worked with copper, please PM me.

Cutting it with a plasma cutter will not be clean unless you know someone with a high def cutter.Depending on the thickness you can use thin cutting wheel on skill saw.If you want to spend some money have it water jet.

I have a hi-def plasma table. In my opinion copper cuts great. We don't get may calls for it and I have not recieved any complaints either. Let me know if you want more info or want to come check out my table.

Our Water Jet Cutter blows through 6" Alunimum plate all day long. Don't know how we got along with out it.

Depending on your piece size and shape EDM is also a nice method too.
