Does anybody have experience cutting copper sheet metal with a plasma cutter? Does it blow out or give a nice cut? How about discoloration? I have more questions. If you've worked with copper, please PM me.
Cutting it with a plasma cutter will not be clean unless you know someone with a high def cutter.Depending on the thickness you can use thin cutting wheel on skill saw.If you want to spend some money have it water jet.
Job:Providing live bait for LA, LB, and Newport Harbor
I have a hi-def plasma table. In my opinion copper cuts great. We don't get may calls for it and I have not recieved any complaints either. Let me know if you want more info or want to come check out my table.
anybody out there that uses plasmas or waterjets or has a machine shop should get on my mail list for my two machining magazines--cnc west and machine tools west. They are FREE. sign up on the cnc west website--www.cnc-west.com
