HIGHEST WINDS 130 GUSTS 160 KT...INCREASING TO 135 KTGUSTS TO 165 KT SUN NIGHT. SEAS 12 FT OR GREATER WITHIN 240 NM NE AND WITHIN 180 NM SW SEMICIRCLES OF CENTER. HIGHEST SEAS 40 TO 47 FT. ELSEWHERE WINDS 20 TO 33 KT. SEAS 8 TO 12 FT. NUMEROUS SQUALLS ENTIRE AREA.
