| I got a new truck, again.
Yes I have another new chariot of death. The last used one I bought was a real problem child. I think the previous owner abused it. In the 4 months I had it the truck was in the dealership 7 times with problems ranging from leaking and slipping tranny, fuel leak, inoperative 4x4, and electrical shorts. Thankfully most of the stuff was covered on warranty but it was a real pain in the ass. The worst part was I could not trust the truck. So last week I wrote a well researched letter to the GM of the dealer. I went and met with him yesterday. Somehow (I know it was my boyish good looks and endearing charm) I convinced him to buy my truck back and make me a great deal on a new one. So I disowned the problem child and drove home in a brand new F250 6.0 diesel 4x4. Pearson Ford did the right thing and certainly earned my future business. This is my very first new vehicle and I am stoked. Its nice to not have any mystery rattles and nice, tight handling. I think I'm in love.
