These are pictures from our trip this weekend aboard the El Dorado. It was a parents/teens/kids trip to Catalina and San Clemente Islands. We nailed half a dozen yellows, one halibut, bonita, barracuda, and miscellaneous rockfish. The kids, adults, and crew made our own squid. It was a great time and the crew was excellent. First time I've been on a local boat with 3 tickets aboard, 2 cooks, and 3 deckhands. They all gave 110 percent effort.
Anyway, here's the pic's and report.. it will be in several posts over several days.

O.K., l don't have all the names so Chuck will have to jump in and help out here. I have almost 40 pictures from this trip and will start in chronological order, as I'm just a nut in doing it this way.
Chartermaster Chuck Robinson aka Rrdrm8e giving a safety and boat conduct speech to the kids and parents.
You'll note that everyone was "really" paying attention, especially the kids !!!
I've got to say that the kids took to heart what Chuck was telling them and they were just great on the trip !!!
The next morning this young man scores big time with a nice halibut !!!!
Both Tori and Mario (from Las Vegas) scored two nice yellowtail. Toadtamer Ken is weighing Mario's fish that went over the 30# mark. Big shoulders on that fish.
A first sheepshead for this young lady !!!!!!!!! She was on a roll catching fish.
She was sooooooooooooooo proud, she tried to kiss the fish !!!!
There was a lot of squealing, hoot'n and hollar'in at the corner, so I grabbed my camera. Running to the loud noise in the corner, I find an exhausted, and spent, Ben aka Tcat103 with his huge Catalina blue perch. What made this such a unique catch, was that the Catalina perch somehow got lost and was caught at San Clemente Island.
Hmmmmmm, this is Ripley's Belive it or Not material... !!
