Trigger For Dinner

Had some time today so I took my older Polaris out and ran to York Spit Light. It was a little sloppy but I managed a nice unexpected Trigger fish while I was Tog fishing. I also caught several Toads and small Sea Bass. Later in the day I went back out and fished the flats, saw a lot of gill nets and caught a couple of small flounder but no puppy or rock. I did not see many boats out today guess everyone is getting geared up for Stripped Bass season next week. My wife and I just had Trigger for dinner, last night was Barrelfish and the night before Blackbelly Rosefish. Life is good.

How did you make up that Trigger? It looks the exact same as the ones on the west coast.

I caught him on a bottom rig with hard crab for bait. They are usually around structure.
